About Nashville Properties

Build, develop, manage, buy and sell with Nashville Properties. Diaspora assistance available. Fifteen years of getting property into the right hands across the Federal Capital Territory.

Fifteen Years Across the FCT

Amb. Vera Johnson started Nashville Properties in 2010. The reason was simple. People sent money home for land and got stories instead of survey plans. Families abroad wired funds for building projects and returned to find nothing standing. Something had to give.

To begin, Nashville Properties handled a few transactions in Garki and Wuse. After that, the work spread to Maitama, Asokoro, Gwarinpa, Jabi, Kubwa, and Lugbe. Then came Apo, Guzape II, Katampe Extension, Kuje, Kurudu, and beyond. Fifteen districts now. Each one with its own soil, its own zoning rules under the FCDA Master Plan, its own document requirements at AGIS.

The approach remained the same. Find the right plot. Check the documents at the Lands Registry. Confirm the title with an AGIS land search. Build with sandcrete blocks and proper curing schedules. Manage with regular structural audits. Sell when the time is right. For Nigerians abroad, send regular photo updates and video walkthroughs. Continue property management until the owner returns.

The file held by Nashville Properties contains fifteen years of transactions. Deeds of Assignment. Certificates of Occupancy. Survey Plans. Payment receipts. Nothing missing. Nothing hidden.

The Way Nashville Properties Works

Two Nigerian men in a modest office, one in a burgundy shirt leaning forward with an open palm gesture, the other listening attentively, a moment of plain honest explanation

Plain Honesty

If a plot has an encumbrance, the client is told. If a document requires additional verification, the client is informed. Straight answers come before any money moves.

What Guides Nashville Properties

Document Verification

Documents are checked before any transaction. C of O, R of O, survey plan, or Deed of Assignment is verified. An AGIS land search is completed. The paper trail stays intact.

Regulatory Compliance

FCDA Master Plan zoning and district use limitations are checked. Department of Development Control approvals are secured where required. Mandatory residential setbacks of 6 metres front, 3 metres side, and 3 metres rear are observed.

Complete File Handover

The client receives a complete file. Documents, receipts, approvals, and correspondence are all inside. Everything is laid out in plain terms anyone can follow.
